Used to attach internal lifting cords to the bottom rail of some types of cellular honeycomb and pleated shades manufactured by Alta, Comfortex, and Custom Brands Group.
Easily adjusts with a coin or flathead screwdriver to level the shade quickly.
Works with 0.9mm string only.
Sold as a set. Each set includes one insert and one base.
